Satellite Visual Communication delivered the first example of extensive wireless voting in the region at the AGM. The 3,000 Keypads used made it the largest Interactive Voting event in the Middle East. The Trends in Corporate Governance and shareholder democracy and in particular, moves towards one share one vote, and away from voting on a show of hands, means that wireless voting and other interactive attendee participation methods are destined to become standard practice at AGM‟s. |

| The Verdict |
|
| The use of the keypads gave immediate and transparent results of votes, increasing involvement and energizing the event. The system counted votes with speed and accuracy and presented the results instantaneously, creating a forum for quality discussion. |
